Mom’s Pie Crust (This is the best pie crust!)
1 C. Crisco (try to use the real stuff)
2 C. flour
dash of salt
1/3 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. White vinegar (apple cider vinegar won’t act the same)
Mix Crisco and flour together with a pastry blender. Add a dash of salt. Add cold water and vinegar and mix with mixing spoon. You might even want to smoosh the rest with your hand to form a ball of pie crust dough. Once you have a ball of pie crust dough, place on sheet of wax paper. Chill at least 2 hours before using.
